TRAINING
TRAINING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION
All janitors and managers receive a series of training’s with semi annual re-certifications: basic general janitorial and specialized focused training’s of their choice.
SAFETY
Safety is important during use of equipment and cleaning materials.No one should leave anything behind: all cleaning supply, materials and equipment must be brought back to appropriate area for inspection and maintenance.
EQUIPMENT
Equipment use is allowed only after training classes and on the job training.
Filtration and vaccum bags must be inspected after every use and, if need to, be changed
USE OF SUPPLY
Materials and supply have different colors, markings and purposes which everyone must be familiar.
Use of materials and supplies are allowed only after training classes and on the job training.
SECURITY
Team leaders must follow open and close protocol according to customer requirements.
If/when in doubt, contact on-call supervisor for instructions and assistance.
